I haven’t made a list of all of my aches and pains in a while. It’s overdue, and, I am sure, highly anticipated.
- Neck – both sides; muscle and connective tissue
- Back – I am in desperate need of an adjustment
- My left armpit – it’s like a fucking rock up in there
- Chest – tough workout in yoga yesterday
- Head – day 5 of non-period period headache
- Left knee – the juice I got shot into it is wearing off
- Both thighs – more achy than real pain
And my IT bands are a little tight.
